iFunBox doesn’t find the connected iPod
iPods will be connected to computer as a mass-storage disk. However the the mass-storage disk will be disable by iTunes if [Enable Disk Use] option is not checked.

Remember to check the option, so that iFunbox can find the connected iPods.
The option applies to iPod classic, iPod Video and etc. iPod Touch is indeed an iPhone w/o phone module.

So weird, iFunbox is a pure native C++ program and has nothing to do with the .Net framework.

Its still easier!
Connect via FTP/iFunBox/WinSCP/etc… to your iPhone.
Delete /private/var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/iTunes/iTunesDB.
Than start iTunes and connect your iPhone/iPod Touch to your PC. It takes a few seconds, than iTunes have created a new empty iTunesDB and you can put new music on your iPhone / iPod touch!
You have to delete your music that still on your Device manual. Its still on your device but not available in the db :-\ therefore delete it pls.
Its in /private/var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/Music/F*/*. Delete all the files with random names before you put new Music on your device
