iFunBox works with iPhone 3G as a file browser
We just got a brand new iPhone 3G and tested. iFunBox works well with the iPhone 3G as a jailed device without any modification of our program. Cheers!!
The features of file explorer (use iPhone as a portable disk) and backup iTunes managed songs/movies work well with the non-hacked iPhone 3G.
Currently we’re working on uploading songs and movies to iPhone and iPod. We will release the new version soon.

in iphone os2.0, why iFunBox will treat the directory soft link, created by the command ‘ln -s’ as a file
when i use iFunBox in iphone os1.1.4, it works well.

I don’t get it!
Unlike your snap shot, none of my iPhone apps show in the file browser! What am I doing wrong? Does my iPhone 3G have to be jailbroken so that I may see my iPhone apps? (BTW I’m using v2.0.2)
Thanks

without jailbroken, Applications directory can not be accessed. So iFunbox did not show the shortcut to the iPhone apps.
However, features like general storage and managing songs and movies works well without jailbroken.

this app is awesome and has loads of potential. For me though I could not get it to upload movies, it would stop every time around 3%

swaggle: this is a problem I never heard before. Would you please provide more details such as the model of your device, the format of the movie and how the program behaves after it stopped.

Smule has developed an application, Ocarina, that allows iPhone
users to literally play their iPhone like a flute. This app is truly another reason that makes the iPhone wanted so much,
among so many apps available for it, Ocarina is only available for the Apple iPhone, and nothing points to Smule making it
available a on any other platform, any time soon. Check out the app in action below.

I’m using iTunes 8.2.1.6 and iFunBox V0.8 build 0250.0160 beta together with windows XP SP2. After connecting iPhone 3GS only the message ‘no device connected’ is displayed. Together with iTunes the iPhone works well.
Any hint what to do.
